Get the device you truly want with 0% financing!

More than ever, getting the right cellphone has become a true necessity. It seems we’ve become as dependent on them as our wallets or watches these days! After all, they’ve replaced the need for our cameras, video recorders, alarm clocks and even calendars. Fortunately, there’s a more affordable way to get the device that best matches your needs.

Thanks to EasyPay, our interest-free financing option, you can get the right phone or tablet for you without compromising your budget. It’s easy to get started over the phone or on our website. You can even buy a phone at Target stores with EasyPay—right there on the spot. So now, it’s quick and simple to get a top-notch phone just by making small, interest-free monthly payments.

So how does EasyPay work? First, take a look at our Phones & Devices page, and look for any device that has an EasyPay price listed. You’ll make a down payment when you buy the device (this amount is always shown beside the price of the device). Then we’ll just add $25 to your monthly invoice until the full balance is paid. No extra payments, no interest, no hassle! And, best of all—you can pay off the balance whenever you want.

Now you’ll never have to settle when you need a replacement or upgrade. Just choose the new phone or tablet you want and get started. It’s just another way we’re making it easier than ever to have the best device at an affordable price!

Make sure that any prior Provider has all their apps turn off/disabled within your apps setting. I had that same trouble.

  2. Bill Wilson says

There is no such thing as a quick response on Consumer Cellular. It would be nice if you could buy a new phone online but their software is too complicated to follow. It better, simpler, and faster to just switch carriers

    • Ashley at Consumer Cellular says

Thank you for the feedback, Bill. We do our best to make our site easy for all to use, but there is always room for improvement! Our devices are also available at Target and Sears stores if that would be more convenient for you. You can try our Store Locator to look at locations near you and even see which phones they have available. We apologize for any inconvenience, and thank you again for reaching out.

are you having trouble with the system?? Getting tired of this.

    • Ashley at Consumer Cellular says

Thank you for commenting, Sandra. That certainly sounds frustrating! I took a look at your account, and I don’t see any outages in your area that might result in a failed call. Can you try turning your phone off, then back on again? This allows your phone to connect to the closest tower that has the best available signal. If the issue persists, please let us know. We will be happy to troubleshoot it further at 888-345-5509 at a time convenient for you. We appreciate you reaching out to us, and we hope you have a great day!

So, I’m looking to finance a new iPhone XR, but my credit score isn’t the best. Will I still be able to buy the phone and make monthly payments on it?

    • Nicole at Consumer Cellular says

Hi Leaura, thank you for posting. When placing an order, an industry-standard credit check is processed to determine payment eligibility for service and our EasyPay program. If we are not able to get you approved for the EasyPay program with the Apple iPhone XR, then you would receive a notification before the order is completed and the full cost of the phone would be due instead. If we are not able to get you approved immediately, you may be eligible after your account has been active with us for a minimum of 7 months with good payment history. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at 888-548-6490.
