I always get a message that I have gone over my usage. Instead of giving me this info, I suggest that CC send me info about the unlimited usage plan, let me know the cost and let me decide to sign up to it. My usual bill is already high, but naturally I wish to save money, and I do not know what my current plan is. Thank you

Just switched from USCellular to Consumer old bill was $48.00 and Concumer Cellular is $57.00. Guess I’ll have to make it up on volume.

Ted Danson needs to call customer service. The new robot-answering ranks a Zero on the 1 to 100 scale. Enter your number, enter your social, speak your name, what is your favorite color, etc.
The old system with a live person was a 100 with CC being the last real people who cared left.
