Ways to Make a Payment With a Credit or Debit Card

Online:

AutoPay:

Setting up automatic payments from a credit or debit card has never been this easy!

What is AutoPay?

AutoPay is an option that automatically withdraws the amount due on your account each month on the day of your choosing. You will receive an invoice from us detailing what was charged to your account. If you want to change the details of your payment or turn AutoPay on/off, you can access your account here.  

How do I Sign Up for AutoPay?

Signing up for AutoPay only takes a few easy steps to get you on your way to worry-free billing. Update the following account settings to set up Autopay successfully. 

  1. Log in to My Account and find the “Billing” section
  2. In the “Billing” menu, click “Edit Billing Info”
  3. Under “Payment Type” select “AutoPay”
  4. Enter your credit/debit card information
  5. Click “Save Changes”, and you are now good to go!

If you need to change the credit or debit card used for AutoPay, just do the following:

  1. In the Billing menu, click “Edit Billing Info”
  2. Enter your credit/debit card information
  3. Click “Save Changes”

    Worse customer service.The phone keeps breaking into replaced 3 now saying I can’t get another replacement because my warranty has run out.

    • Hi Alvin, thanks for your post. Allstate’s protection plan only allows for two claims within a 12-month period before it completes and we’re not able to submit another.
