I am confused about some one buying from cosumer cellular and wants to purchase a new phone but what do you do about the phone that we purchased before as I was in the understanding that we could trade the old phone back to consumer cellular as I have three phones at my home and I don’t have any use for the. I always thought that consumer cellular would take the old phone back as a trade-in towards the new phone being purchased.
