As we continue to expand we felt a second customer service center was necessary to ensure we keep serving our members in the best ways possible. This new customer support center has 20 employees trained and on the job as of today, and we plan to add 80 more by September.
Our Phoenix location allows us to provide our customers with additional time zone coverage, increased data security, and emergency back-up customer support if needed. We will also rollout bi-lingual support later this year.
