Hi Kim, thanks for your question. We are currently working on transitioning to the 5G network, but it is not up and running completely. At this time, our T-Mobile network has some areas where 5G is available, but our AT&T is still working on getting this up and running.
If I buy a 5G phone, will it still work on only a 4G network?

Great question, Amy. A 5G phone will connect to whichever network is available in the area. If 5G is available, then it will connect to that. If only up to 4G is available, then it will connect to that.
Will you have the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G available anytime soon? Since this is now an “older” model do you ever expect to have the Galaxy Note 22 Ultra when it’s released? (these are the stylus models) Thanks!
