The Galaxy Note20 images of 3 phones in this ad are not correct. 20’s do not have rounded corners.

    • Nicole at Consumer Cellular says

Thank you for taking the time to post, Steve. The photo included is for the Samsung Galaxy Note20, which does have rounded corners. The Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra is the model with pointed corners. Both of these models can be found on our website here.

  7. Kim Slater says

So Consumer Cellular has 5G network functionality now?

    reply to Kim

    • Hi Kim, thanks for your question. We are currently working on transitioning to the 5G network, but it is not up and running completely. At this time, our T-Mobile network has some areas where 5G is available, but our AT&T is still working on getting this up and running.

  8. Amy says

If I buy a 5G phone, will it still work on only a 4G network?
Thank and Bless you all at Consumer cellular.

    reply to Amy

    • Nicole at Consumer Cellular says

Great question, Amy. A 5G phone will connect to whichever network is available in the area. If 5G is available, then it will connect to that. If only up to 4G is available, then it will connect to that.

  9. Carrie says

Will you have the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G available anytime soon? Since this is now an “older” model do you ever expect to have the Galaxy Note 22 Ultra when it’s released? (these are the stylus models) Thanks!

    reply to Carrie

    • Hi Carrie, thanks for your post! We haven’t heard if or when we will have the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 or if we’ll have the Galaxy Note 22 in stock. The best way to keep an eye out for them would be to watch our website since they will be posted there first if we do get them in stock.
