      Thank you for taking the time to post, Steven. If you’re interested in bringing over your own phone, it will need to be a 4G/LTE or newer unlocked and GSM-compatible phone. We can’t guarantee compatibility, but we will do all we can to get it working with our service.

      Please keep in mind that we’re a post-paid service, so you would be receive a bill each month once your billing cycle has ended, and we do not have pay-as-you-go service. You can review all of our plans here.

    The new line that I am adding will the name on the phone be for the person I am adding (Jalayah Stewart) or my name? Can she configure the phone to show her name?

      That’s a great question, Lois. By default, the caller ID on our service is set to display “Wireless Caller” and this isn’t something that can be customized. If she calls someone who has her number saved in their contacts list, then whatever name they have her saved under will show instead.

    I can’t find anything about call forwarding? I was hoping to be able to use CF to be able to use my two consumer Cellular phones to talk with my daughter when she calls rather that using the Speaker phone. That way my wife can use one phone and I can use the other to converse. Any help. We have the flip phones.

    • Hi Ken, great question. Call forwarding would need to be set up to have calls sent to lines with active phone numbers. For example, you can set up a call to forward to your landline instead of your cell phone if you get better reception or would rather use that to talk to someone on the phone.       Hi Thomas, thank you for reaching out to us. There was a network outage that affected some of our customer’s ability to make or receive calls and texts on 6/15.
