    I DO NOT LIKE HAVING TO PUT IN MY INFO TWICE. FOR SECURITY PURPOSES? WTF I THINK THIS IS UNLAWFUL. COMPANY ALREADY HAS INFO. I AM CONSIDERING EITHER PAYING BY CHECK OR CANCELLING PHONE.

This is something that is known and is being worked on, but at this time there is not a way around having to enter that information again even with a card that is saved on file.     Got my new phone. It says the activate number is on the back of the box. NOT! Please tell me how I can call you when the phone doesn’t work.

    My Link II flip phone dials people while it is closed and in my pocket. Sending a text is ridiculous. The Doro was better hands down. I can’t tolerate this phone much longer.

If you have any kind of protective case on it, try taking the phone out of it and see if it continues to have that issue.
