If you watched the first two video clips in my recent blogs, you might recall that last September I gave a presentation at the ICSA (International Customer Service Association) Conference. We video-taped my talk and created three short clips from it. I’ve been sharing those parts of my talk with you. In the previous clips, I talked about what separates us from the pack: no contracts, risk-free, simple and affordable cell phone plans… and all backed up by friendly, US-based customer service.
In this final clip from my talk, I discuss the many ways the employees at Consumer Cellular give back to their respective local communities, both in Portland, Oregon, and Phoenix, Arizona.
I also note how we make it easier for our customers to donate to good causes, through a phone and battery recycling program, as well as a special arrangement with the National Parks Conservation Association.
