    Hello, I am very satisfied with my co erage. We have been with your company for two months now.thank you! My question to you is I would like to add two more lines to my account. My father who is 77 yes old and my grandfrather who is 85 yes old. Is this possible with them living in KS and I’m in PA? I have four lines with you now. Thank you for your time.

    My account is paid by my checking account. Consummer cellulare takes it directly from my checking account.

    I have been with Consumer Cellular for several years. I added a extra phone to my account for an eighty-eight year old neighbor that didn’t have a phone! I bought her a consumer Cellular smart phone. Every time I called her the ringer was off. The other problem she was having was when it did ring she couldn’t swipe it fast enough to answer it. The phone didn’t light up when it rang. Only had the phone for four months. I called customer service and the only option they gave me is to buy a new phone, so I bought their flip phone for
    $59.00. A week later I was on the walmart app. I wasn’t looking for it but I ran across the same Consumer Cellular flip phone for $34.88. I called customer service to see if they would match that price.. No they wouldn’t because they don’t price match. The only thing I could do is send their phone back and go to Walmart and buy the same identical phone! Consumer Cellular hangs their hat on their service to senior citizens. If that is true I fill they could have done more, than nothing! There is always an exception to every rule. How about a Customer Satisfaction exception. I can’t and will not recommend Consumer Cellular to any friends or family!

Since they can set their own prices or offer their own sales, we don’t have that information on hand and are not able to price match. Phones purchased through a retail partner are also subject to their return policy. I apologize for any of the inconvenience.

    Has the basic, Add-A-Line fee went from 15.00 to 19.00?
