To bad you can’t ever catch someone in Waco at Target when you want to see about a new phone. It’s always well they aren’t here today. Very frustrating since I live 45 minutes from Waco
That’s definitely frustrating, Linda. Because we don’t staff the Target stores, we can’t tell you what the set hours are for a specific location so I would recommend calling that Target before you go. Or you can always give us a call at 800-686-4460 and we’d be happy to help place an order for a new phone if needed.
You really need to have one in Troy Mich. I love consumer cell but for the convince of being able to actually talk to someone about my phone it would be great. When you go to these stores the people say (I don’t know about that phone. It’s frustrating, and makes me want to change company’s

We have the same thing going on here in Asheville, NC. Our Target carries limited CC products, but to find a person to ask a question about CC. Forget it. No help at all. This all the time.
