CELEBRATE OUR 2 NEW RETAIL STORES, OPEN NOW

This month we welcomed two brand-new Consumer Cellular stores! They are located in the heart of Florida, and we couldn’t be more proud. The grand opening for these two locations was in Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock Square on 11/11. We are excited to have opened these stores after providing superior nationwide coverage for over 25 years.

You’ll find a variety of devices, from flip phones to top-of-the-line smartphones from leading manufacturers like Samsung and Motorola, as well as the latest iPhone models. We make switching easy, so you can keep your same phone number, plus there is free activation and no contract. In addition, you can find all the latest accessories for these phones, information on new plans, and more!

We are thrilled to bring our 100% U.S. based customer support to you in person! When you visit our stores, you’ll be greeted with everything we offer, from plans and phones to technical support. These locations represent who we are, a wireless provider with a reputation for value and service! We can’t wait to see you in person and celebrate our new locations.

To bad you can’t ever catch someone in Waco at Target when you want to see about a new phone. It’s always well they aren’t here today. Very frustrating since I live 45 minutes from Waco

    • That’s definitely frustrating, Linda. Because we don’t staff the Target stores, we can’t tell you what the set hours are for a specific location so I would recommend calling that Target before you go. Or you can always give us a call at 800-686-4460 and we’d be happy to help place an order for a new phone if needed.

You really need to have one in Troy Mich. I love consumer cell but for the convince of being able to actually talk to someone about my phone it would be great. When you go to these stores the people say (I don’t know about that phone. It’s frustrating, and makes me want to change company’s

    • Hi Dee, thanks for your post. We appreciate your feedback on this and I’ve passed your suggestion along internally for you for going forward. If you do need some assistance with your phone or have any questions, you’re always welcome to give us a call at 800-686-4460 or chat with one of our live agents on our website here as well.

We have the same thing going on here in Asheville, NC. Our Target carries limited CC products, but to find a person to ask a question about CC. Forget it. No help at all. This all the time.

    • Hi Sandy, thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear about the trouble taking place when you go in there and we appreciate your feedback on that. I have passed that feedback regarding this along internally for going forward. Because we don’t staff the Targets ourselves, we do recommend calling that Target location ahead of time to see if/when someone will be available to help with those questions. Alternatively, though, you can always give us a call at 800-686-4460 or chat with a live agent here and we’d be happy to help with those questions as well.

I’m hoping you open up a retail store in Lynnwood Washington,
    ZIP code 98036 ,

I do hope you do that, it would be nice to talk to a consumer cellular employee in person.
