I am checking to see if my minutes/texts can be used to contact New Zealand and if not, what plan do I need to be able ring or text New Zealand. I am on the $25 plus $10 for an extra line plan. Thank you for your help.

Is there a way to manual add contacts to the as I could not get the sim card transfer to work?
Thanks for posting, Rick! You can try transferring your contacts via Bluetooth instead. I was able to review your account, and I see that you recently switched from a Doro 626 to the Alcatel Kora. First, go ahead and enable Bluetooth on both devices. Next, you’ll need to take the following steps on the Doro. Start by going to your Menu, then select Phonebook. Scroll to the contact you want to transfer and select Options, then Send vCard. Choose the option to Send by Bluetooth, and then choose the device you want to send it to. Select Bond, and confirm by selecting Yes. You’ll need to make sure to accept the Bluetooth pairing on the Kora as well. Once the contact is sent, the phone will say “Done”. There should then be a message on the Kora to save the contact. We’re happy to walk you through this over the phone if you like at 888-345-5509. I bought this phone for my wife, she loves it now that she has used it for 6 months. It was the right price – $60. It has 8 GB storage and an included 16 GB microSD card. I’m going to snag that microSD card if I need more memory. I haven’t actually verified if it does include this microSD card.
This phone does not seem to be available on the Consumer Cellular website anymore.
