Not so happy. Been trying to get hot to work . Not able after many calls. Don’t give like I phone 7. To complicated. Suggest using a simple phone with not a sensative touch. Stop trying to sell me something when I call for help.

I think the new limits on the plans are great, but the 50% increase ($10 to $15) for additional phones/lines, not so much!

Service great, website great. Talking to a human impossible. Two phone calls the past two days on hold for 15 minutes. Send email, reply promised in 5 days. Ordered a phone and the status shows “in process”. Why? I need a phone, my current phone broke. How can I find out when it will ship? Would have ordered elsewhere had I known it was going to take this long to ship.

Shame on you consumer cellular for trying to hide the $15 increase for the extra line. After being on hold for 15 minutes. Today I found out that if you change anything in your plan, you pay $15 for the extra line. Until then you are grandfathered in?

I am a long time customer and signed up several year ago with a discount as a AAA member. I have always paid via autopay and never really paid attention to my billing details. I am an AARP member as well. I do not see a discount applied to my account. How do
