New Ads Spotlight Real Customers

We’re lucky enough to hear great things from our customers every day. Over the phone, by email, and in-person, you’re always willing to share your experiences with us about our products or services, or tell us how much we’re saving you on your cellphone bill.

Our newest commercials are hitting the airwaves this month, and they feature real customers telling us the things they love about Consumer Cellular. These are not paid actors reading from prepared scripts—they’re people like you, all of whom chose our service for different reasons but are nevertheless delighted with the simplicity, flexibility, and low-prices they’re now getting every month.

Putting these ads together was a wonderful experience. Our team had the opportunity to spend time with a terrific group of customers, and we came away not only with what we believe are some really fun commercials, but also a better understanding of the things you believe we do right—and a deeper commitment to delivering more of it.

    I am a returning customer after five years, getting close to retirement age and looking for ways to save money. I have had a problem with my messaging since returning no one have been able to help until this morning. Debra did it, showed patience and knowledge, she really worked with me and we got the problem resolved. Thanks Debra for a job well done.
