    I purchased a g power quite a while ago and have tried many times to transfer my files from my Samsung J3 with no luck whatsoever. I an sordy I didnt stay with a samsung but I liked a camera on the g power. I will give it one more try and if I cant transfer over, who can I call to get help walking me thru the file transfer? HELP PLEASE!

    I have a phone from Metro. I want to switch over with Comsura cellar. I have a lot of information on my current pay.Will consumer be able to transfer it?

    I recently purchased a MOTO G Power and have lost the SIM Key. How can I get a replacement. Also, is there a hard copy if the user manual available? It’s too difficult to read the print on my phone.

    • Hi Kim, thanks for your questions! We don’t have replacement SIM keys as they’re not provided to us, but you can use something like a paperclip to poke the SIM tray out if needed. We don’t have physical copies of the manual, we only offer the PDF option which can be found on our website here along with the how-to videos for the phone as well.

      Hi Karen, you can reset your voicemail password through our automated system at 888-373-1777. When calling, just choose Customer Service to get to the Self Service options. From there, you can say “Other Options”, and then “I forgot my voicemail password”. If you have any trouble, you can also be connected with an agent.
