If you’re looking for a phone for your mother, you will want to make sure the device is completely unlocked from other providers, is GSM-compatible, and VoLTE capable. We can’t guarantee compatibility for all models, but we’ll do all that we can to see if we can get it connected for her.

If it’s for someone else, they can either have their own number generated, or if they have their own number, you can request to have the number switched over.     Hello, my name is Bill, I’ve been a client for I think almost 3 yr’s now. I have been fighting for the last month to simply replace a phone with one of the same model, (under coverage), and am STILL NOT at a point where I am confident that all is okay. Why would I want another line ?? I’ve tried to see if I could get a flip-phone under the same tel. #, so I’d have something trustworthy, no such luck. At this point, I have never seen a more frustrating, useless tool or device in my life ! Not to mention abysmally supported. I am, quite simply, at my limit and looking for other options ….
