J.D. Power’s annual ratings consider a range of customer-based factors essential to each product or service. For us, they evaluate across six customer care channels: store, phone, website, app, social media and text.
We were ranked the highest in the value mobile virtual network operators segment for the 15th consecutive time, with a score of 878, which was an impressive 50 points beyond the second-place provider.
