Remember Connie and Jack? They’re back on your television screen in some fresh, new witty commercials we’re sure you’ll enjoy.
This time, they’ve set off together on a coast-to-coast tour discovering all the ways Consumer Cellular is offering great service, flexible cell phone plans and more. In this series, Jack seems to have convinced himself that he’s the number one Consumer Cellular fan. Connie knows that others like us just as much, though.
With each state they cross, Connie and Jack find someone with a new reason to love Consumer Cellular. One couple loves never paying for more than they need. Others think the family cell phone plans are great, even for small families like theirs. And for another, keeping their same phone and phone number made all the difference. You’ll see Jack soon realize that he may have some competition for that number one fan title!
It was great fun for our crew to film across the country, and I think you’ll also be entertained as you see Connie and Jack’s story unfold. As you watch, you might notice how much you have in common with all the other customers who love our service. There are more and more every day!

I switched to Consumer Cellular because I love these commercials. Is “Jack” having some voice issues? I’ve noticed he is pretty much silent in recent commercials.
Not only that, he looks much thinner.

What happened to offering Samsung phones. The Motorola phones are garbage, and the Hawau(whatever) are even worse. I have been a customer for a number of years, but unless you can come up with a decent Android phone, I am going to have to go elsewhere.

Was Jack recently on a Celebrity cruise on the Celebrity Reflection. if he was not I have a picture of his twin. We were on a tour in Ephesus Turkey and then we went to see this carpet display.

No more consumer cellular for me either…….sometimes when you try to fix something that is not broken, it breaks anyway, you could and at the very least, broken in a new couple slowly, with Jack and Connie, as a foursome, or a specific little group to use to filter out your new commmericals slowly – to give audience time to get used to your new ideas and filtering out the old that people love, that apparently are not favored at all……………but the way it happened, just raised the bar on your competition’s phones and services…….loyalty is wonderful, if you can hold onto it……..

I’m all for freshening things up but you need to understand that they were
People that WE connected with. If something is working, it seems that you shouldn’t throw the whole thing out but keep what’s working and add fresh elements. Please consider bringing back what works. Add new faces to spice things up with their story.
Humanity sells. We identify with Connie and Jack because they are real people that we have gotten to know and love over the years. People like new but people LOVE something that they know they can count on. You built trust with that campaign. Trust what worked!

I am a Consumer Cellular customer now…I am happy with the service…you should know that I was persuaded to switch from Verizon because I was impressed with the way Connie and Jack represented your company…they manifested honesty, clarity, accessibility and unforced humor, a uniqueness that is rare and wonderful and really should be part of your promotion…I am disappointed by the “plain vanilla” blandness of your current commercials and wonder if this is who you really are.

Boy, your new ads sure aren’t as fun and engaging as they were with Connie and Jack. Where’d they go? They were a great team with a fun relationship. One of the few TV ads I enjoyed watching. I always thought when I retire I would love to have as much fun and feel full of life as did the actors who portrayed Connie and Jack for Consumer Cellular. They always kept my husband and I laughing! It’s the little things that means the most. The commercial(s) clicked for people wanting to buy your product. It’s always great to want to try something different and bring in new people, but not without Connie and Jack. It’s not the same. Please don’t ruin a good thing. Especially since I recently retired! I want to laugh!
I keep looking for Jack and Connie. Where are they? New ads aren’t nearly as fun. I like best the RV ad and the garage sale commercial. Good little stories. A simple question has been ask and all you have done is beat around the Bush. People want to know where Connie and Jack are because they care. They have become like family to a lot of People in the TV world.
