1 Simple Trick to Take Photos and Video at the Same Time – for Android

Did you know you can snap a still photo while filming video on your Android smartphone?

It’s a great way to preserve your memories in a new way.

  1. Start recording your video.
  2. Tap the screen to take a photo.

It’s that easy! Your photo will be saved to your device’s gallery.

Please note: If your phone is running an older version of the operating system, you can purchase an app that will provide this ability. Just search for “video image capture” in the Google Play Store.

We’ll show our iPhone users how to do the same thing in next week’s Tuesday Tip!

My new job takes me to all parts of US and Canada. What coverage can I expect?

    • Ashley at Consumer Cellular says

We appreciate you taking the time to comment, Gerald. Consumer Cellular has coverage over 97% of the United States. We don’t offer service in Canada, so if you use it there you may be subject to high roaming charges. We recommend that you turn your phone off when in a different country to avoid any surprises on your bill. We can take a look at our coverage map with you to determine where your phone will work best, just give us a call at 888-345-5509. Thanks again!
