Can a Straight Talk phone be used for Consumer Cellular?

    reply to Brenda

Thanks for posting, Brenda. Most unlocked GSM devices can be used with our service, but the best way to know for sure is to try our SIM card with your phone. Be sure to check out our video on how it works, too! And of course, if you have any questions, please give us a call and we will be happy to answer them. Hi there, I’m a long time satisfied customer.
I’ve been looking at the Reolink “Go” wire-free cellular security camera that is supported by AT&T Wireless and wondering if your company will be supporting it as well. It looks like a very useful device.
I think It would also be a great companion to the Grandpad. Maybe you could even sell them in the future.

    • Ashley at Consumer Cellular says

Thanks for posting, Joe. At this time, we don’t have support available for this product, but we appreciate you taking the time to ask! 11. Denice says

Hi, I am a new customer to consumer cellular. So far I love the switch.
I noticed the plan will auto upgrade when needed. Can I go back to the original plan the next month?

    reply to Denice

    • Ashley at Consumer Cellular says

Great question, Denice. You can always switch your plan, up until the last day of your billing cycle. If you were automatically upgraded, you can switch to a smaller plan the following month. Please note that your plan won’t automatically switch back, so you’ll need to make the change via our app, the My Account section of the website or over the phone with us at 888-345-5509. Thanks for posting!
