SPRING INTO SAVINGS: A $20 CREDIT ON ANY NEW LINES

These days, we’re all looking for new ways to stay connected to our loved ones, and to save money. Consumer Cellular has a great way for you to do both.

Now through June 30, if you start new service or add lines to an existing Consumer Cellular account, you’ll receive a $20 credit for each new line. Create an affordable family wireless plan: add lines for yourself, your spouse, your kids or grandkids. You get $20 for everyone.

It’s a terrific way to make the savings you already enjoy with our low cost, no-contract monthly plans go even further. Every line on your account can share the minutes, texts, and data on your plan! Starting this month, we’re even offering an unlimited data plan, and all of our data plans include unlimited texting.

And the more lines you add, the more you save: for example, a monthly plan with unlimited minutes and texts and 10 GB of data to share is just $27.50 per line, per month for a couple—or $23.33 per line, per month for a family of three. Plus, with this special offer, you receive a $20 credit on your next invoice for each new line. If you’re paying too much with your current provider, or thinking about adding a line to share the benefits of your Consumer Cellular service with family or friends, we’re here to help. Spring into these special $20 savings by June 30: start new service by choosing your plan here, or click here to add lines to an existing account.

I can not get into my voicemail box. Not sure what to do when it said it the wrong mailbox password. How do I get into the phone setting?

    • Hi Mel, thanks for your question, we’d be happy to help. The voicemail password is something that is set up when the voicemail is set up. If you need to change it, you would actually need to call us at 800-686-4460 and either change it through the automated system or you can also speak with an agent who can help you change it as well.

Can you power a tablet ?

    • Hi Linda, thanks for your interest! If the tablet is unlocked from all providers and is GSM-compatible it may work on our network. We can’t guarantee compatibility for all models, but we’ll do everything that we can to see if we can get it connected for you.
