    I recently enrolled with AARP. I’m supposed to get a 5% monthly discount on monthly service and usage charges with Consumer Cellular. I can’t find where I can submit my AARP membership number online to get the discount. Can you help?

    This is not a reply to Ashley, but don’t see where to start a new post.

    The screen on my phone started going to black every time I made a phone call. Ultimately, I discovered that by my screen saver was cracked and had a big bubble in it. Removing it solved the problem. Now I need to know if I can get a new screen saver, how to do that & if it is covered since I bought my phone less than a year ago or do I need to buy one ?

    • Hi Penny, thanks for your interest! If your phone is unlocked from US Cellular, is GSM-compatible, and VoLTE capable, it may work on our network. We can’t guarantee compatibility for all models, but we’ll do all that we can to see if we can get it connected for you.
