    I am interested in the Apple SE on your website. However, I previously had Verizon as a carrier with a 3G keyboard phone for years. I was sent notification that Verizon was discontinuing these phones as of 12/31/22. Verizon discontinued my phone 2 days ago without any prior notification. They then took it upon themselves to mail me a 4G flip phone which I do not want and discontinued all service on my previous 3G phone. I am 71 yrs old and completely without a phone at the present moment. I can’t seem to get satisfaction with them to obtain an address to return this 4G phone back to them or get a return shipping label. How would I go about getting a phone on Consumer Cellular? I cant call you. Can you please call me or email me as soon as possible?

      Hi Debra, you may want to look into tracking or parental control apps available for Android or Apple iOS first. When you find an app that you’re interested in using, you can pick a phone at that point.

      Alternatively, Apple iPhones come with a “Find My” feature built in that can be used to send location data to friends or family. I fyou happen to already have an iPhone yourself, getting one for him to use this feature would be a good idea. There are also parental controls available so you can limit use of the device.

      Great question, Lynn. GSP is available on all of our smartphones. You can also use Google Maps’ “Offline Maps” feature to download the map to your phone so that you can still use the navigation if you go through an area with limited or no service.
