    I also really like my experience after over one year now w/ Consumer Cellular. I do have one issue that would really help as a BIG improvement. My current phone (Moto- WX345) & the increased to 500 min- plan does NOT support an ongoing display of how many minutes I have remaining in my plan. For me I have to stop & add up all the incoming & outgoing min- near the end of the month. Or, go online & view the total which is, by the way, usually 2 to 3 days behind my actual min- used. I sure would benefit like all or most of the C/C customers if the software can be improved to allow this benefit. Gary K.

    My husband and I have been trying to select easy pay option but when we go to order a phone it doesn’t give us the easy pay option, all it gives us is full price. Is there a reason why we can’t choose the easy pay option?

    Interesting. Today I was looking to upgrade my two phones from the cheap wx345’s to one of the Iphones. However I was not given the option to use easy pay feature. I ended up going with the cheaper H vision 2 phones for that reason. Why would I not be able to use the easy pay feature? I have been a customer for 3+ years with no missed payments and 750+ credit scores.

    Hi,so I am in the process of ordering a iPhone 6s from u guys. I got thru all of the information and personal info you ask for. Including the last 4 digits of my social. It let’s me get all the way up to checking out and tells me that I would have to pay 102.00 right now for the phone. My question is if at the check out once I get to the part of putting in my card payment info(after I put in my name and social and everything) that means that everything is good and if I get to the credit card inputpage,that means that I am approved for the phone correct? Assuming that if I wasn’t approved it would not let me continue with the card input info correct? I don’t want to get all excited and submit the credit card details and then all of a sudden get contacted and told I am not able to use easypay. So basically if u get up to the credit card input page,that pretty much means that I am able to use the easy pay option correct?
