    1. How do I change my voicemail greeting on my new Doro 7050? I could not find any instructions in any of the materials I received at the time of purchase or online.

    2. Is there a way of retrieving deleted voicemail messages? I accidentally deleted some on my Doro 7050 and would like to get them back if possible

    reply to Brian

    • Nicole at Consumer Cellular says

Hi Brian, you can change your voicemail greeting by calling your voicemail. When you’re in the main menu, press “3” for Greetings, then press either “2” to record a custom greeting, “3” to record your name as the greeting, or “4” to set your phone number as the greeting.

If you have deleted a voicemail message, there is no way to retrieve it once you’ve exited the voicemail system.

Like the new 7050. Just wish the sim card from my old doro 626 would fit in it to make transferring contacts easier. Old card is bigger than the new ones. Guess I can try a Bluetooth transfer. Will that work?

  33. Harvey says

Can you transfer photo’s from this phone to a Mac Computer or be able to make photo prints from the SD Card?

    reply to Harvey

    • Hi Harvey, that’s a great question thanks for posting. You can definitely move those photos over to your Mac, you’ll just need a standard micro USB cable to connect your Doro phone to the computer and then drag the files over that you’re wanting to save there. If you have a memory SD card, you can also place it in the phone to save them there and make prints of them if that would be easier.

You’ll need to add them one by one though by going up to the “To” box once one contact is entered and then you can select the next one that you want to add.

My doro 7050 will not sync to my infotainment in my 2014 toyota. I am being told it is not a smart phone and will not stay linked to the radio for hands free driving. It does the same thing in 2019 equinox also. So I can’t use phones unless they are smartphones for hand free driving. Are all your flip phones not smart phones?

    reply to Debra

    • Hi Debra, thanks for your question! Our flip phones are not smartphones, they don’t have the capacity to connect to our data network as the smartphones do. They can link up with basic Bluetooth sets, but depending on the one that your car is using, the phone may not be compatible with it.
