    If I leave sprint, may I keep the phone I will have to purchase and use consumer cellular? Will I be able use my tablet?

If your tablet has a SIM slot, it may also work with our SIM card. Please keep in mind that we aren’t able to guarantee a device sold elsewhere will work with our service.     I have a phone from US Cellular! Do I need to get rid of it? Can I keep my old phone number? Can I face time, along with texting and calling? How much to enroll and how much a month?

    How do I determine if my phone is unlocked and GSM?

      Great question! You’ll want to confirm that the phone has been fully unlocked with the original carrier. Unfortunately, we can’t unlock a device for you. Both T-Mobile and AT&T use GSM technology, so if the device was used with either of those two carriers, it will generally be a good fit with our service.     How about offering a $20 credit for an upgraded phone purchase instead of a new line? I need a new phone but as a single, I don’t need a second line. As others have stated, it feels like you don’t do anything to reward loyal customers. At least give us upgrade deals, or an occasional phone sale.

    If someone uses refer-a-friend during the current holiday promotion, does the new customer get $20 credit and the referring person still get $10? Normally refer-a-friend each person gets $10.

      Hi Jan, thank you for posting. You can purchase a phone at any of our retail partners, and as long as it is going to be a new line of service (either on an existing or new account), the $20 credit would be applied. It is not restricted to a specific partner store.
