Happy New Year! I hope your holidays were wonderful and that you’re ready for what 2026 has in store.

As I look back on 2025, I keep coming back to one thing: gratitude. Thank you for trusting us to keep you connected to what matters most. Whether it’s video calls with the grandkids, staying in touch with old friends or just having reliable service when you need it—we’re honored that you choose us—and we’re going to remain committed to earning your business every day.

And we’ve heard you loud and clear. Many of you wanted more places for face-to-face support, and this year alone we opened 32 retail locations across the country. But we’re just getting started! We’re opening even more stores in 2026, bringing Consumer Cellular even closer to your neighborhood. Whether you want help upgrading a device, support with your service or you want to send a friend in to sign up—we’re focused on providing you the support you’ve asked for. 

We also expanded what we offer to keep you connected. Our new tablet launched this year, and we’ve got more exciting products coming in 2026, from additional tablets, to watches and phones from everyone’s wish list. We’re always thinking about how to make communication easier, more enjoyable and affordable for you.

Speaking of support, our 100% U.S. based customer service team is still here for you, ready to help with whatever you need. No runaround, no endless transfers, just real people who actually want to solve your problems on the first call. And it pays off, we continue to rack up the awards: ACSI named us #1 in Customer Satisfaction, and just recently USA Today named us Best in Customer Service. We know it takes customers like you—who celebrate us and spread the word of our service—for us to win these accolades, and we can’t thank you enough.  

As an annual tradition, we capped off our year by donating $1 million to Meals on Wheels. It’s important to us that we continue to support our communities and to help build lasting connections within them.
