Just got mine and I love it. I had the Rugby phone and it was slow and would stick frenquently. I have found that this phone is not only faster, but it sounds better when talking on it. One of the features that I really like is the slide out keyboard. It really makes it more easy to type on it. And when using the touch keyboard, I have found that this one is a lot easier to use than the one on my Rugby phone. Not sure why that is, but it just is.
How do I put in contacts?
Thank you for asking, James. I see you are using the Samsung S Relay, so just follow these steps: Tap the phone icon, then go to Contacts in the top right corner. Tap the plus sign, then select where you would like your contact to be saved (your phone, SIM card or to your Google account). Enter the contact’s name, then tap Phone Number below to enter their number. Once you’ve finished, just tap Save in the top right corner. How do I receive pictures via text?
Thank you for asking, Phil. In general, you can receive pictures via text as long as your data is turned on. If you are using Wi-Fi exclusively, pictures sent via text message won’t be received. I took a look at your account and verified that picture messaging is enabled on your device, so you should be good to go. How do I move a photo text to my Gallery?
Great question, Lillian! For the Samsung Relay, you’ll just need to open the text message with the photo, then press and hold the photo.
