Once shipped, all trades are final unless the offer changes. Once received, Asurion will inspect your device to confirm the device’s model and condition. If the trade-in offer is unchanged, your trade-in will be automatically finalized. If the trade-in offer changes, you will receive a notification of the revised offer. You will have 5 days to accept the revised offer. If you do not accept the offer or do not respond within that time frame, the trade-in will be canceled, and your device will be returned to you at no cost.
