Map displays approximate coverage

Important Information About This Coverage Map

This coverage viewer provides a predicted high-level approximation of wireless coverage. There are gaps in coverage that are not shown by this high-level approximation. Actual coverage may differ from map graphics and may be affected by terrain, weather, network changes, foliage, buildings, construction, signal strength, high-usage periods, customer equipment, and other factors. Consumer Cellular does not guarantee coverage. Our coverage maps are not intended to show actual customer performance on the network, nor are they intended to show future network needs or build requirements inside or outside of existing Consumer Cellular coverage areas. Coverage maps also may include areas served by unaffiliated carriers. Arrangements with these carriers may change from time to time, and coverage is subject to change without notice. Charges will be based on the location of the site receiving and transmitting the call, not the subscriber's location. Your phone's display does not indicate the rate you will be charged.

These maps are subject to the Microsoft® Service Agreement and for informational purposes only. No guarantee is made regarding their completeness or accuracy. Construction projects, traffic, or other events may cause actual conditions to differ from these results. Map and traffic data 2013 NAVTEQ®

Coverage Legend Definitions

Voice coverage depicted in medium and dark orange. Shading represents coverage areas that should be sufficient for on-street, in-the-open, and some in-building coverage. Dark orange areas depict High-Definition (HD) Voice coverage, also called wideband voice. HD Voice provides superior audio clarity and enhanced background noise reduction. HD Voice requires both parties on the call to be located within Consumer Cellular HD Voice coverage with a compatible device and properly provisioned account.

3rd Party: The areas shown in tan depict coverage provided by unaffiliated carriers based on information provided and other sources. In these areas, the signal should be strong enough for on-street or in-the-open coverage, but may not be sufficient for in-vehicle or in-building coverage. Consumer Cellular is not responsible for third party network availability or performance. Arrangements with these carriers may change from time to time, and coverage is subject to change without notice.

Requires 3G, 4G or 4G LTE Handset: To access coverage in the areas shown in a striped pattern, you'll need a capable device and eligible rate plan. Like all other coverage, coverage in these areas can be adversely affected by distance from cell site, network changes, weather, foliage, tower congestion, and other factors.

Consumer Cellular utilizes multiple wireless networks. We have displayed a map that corresponds to the network we expect to place your service on, based on the zip code you entered. However, until you start service, it is possible you may see a map that corresponds to our other nationwide network. Once your service is established, viewing a map when logged in to My Account will display the proper map of the network you are utilizing.
