With such extensive coverage, it\u2019s no surprise that some cell phone users, whether intentional or not, can be rude in public. That\u2019s one reason why the month of July has been designated as National Cell Phone Courtesy Month.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019re probably wondering, is it even possible to use a cell phone in public and not be rude?<\/p>\n<p>Yes, it is. In fact, it\u2019s very easy. According to Jacqueline Whitmore, the founder of Nation<img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/officeimg.vo.msecnd.net\/en-us\/images\/MB900442203.jpg\" style=\"width: 192px; float: right; height: 192px\">al Cell Phone Courtesy Month, it\u2019s as simple as being aware of your surroundings and respecting the rights of others.
