It\u2019s Pat from Customer Service, again. We recently completed and posted a short video (see below) about how you can reduce your energy consumption. In working on this video, I was surprised to learn about something villainous called \u201cphantom energy.\u201d Quite frankly, it\u2019s an unnecessary&nbsp;evil and minimizing its impact takes very little effort; you don\u2019t even have to be a cape-wearing superhero.
