It\u2019s easy to do, and it offers tremendous benefits for both yourself\nand the environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the average American uses the equivalent of about one 100-foot-tall Douglas fir tree in paper each year. Fewer printed billing statements means less demand for paper\u2014and less air pollution from paper production.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The elimination of billing statements also means\nless loose paper\u2014and less clutter\u2014in your home. You\u2019ll save time sorting\nthrough bills and figuring what you should keep, what can be thrown in the\ntrash, and what must be shredded. Instead, your bill is always available to\nreview online or by using the My CC app on your smartphone.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To switch to paperless billing for your account, simply <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.consumercellular.com\/Login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">click here<\/a> <\/strong>and follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Choose <strong>Edit Billing Info<\/strong>\nfrom the <strong>Billing<\/strong> menu. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, select <strong>Email Billing<\/strong>\nunder <strong>Billing Type<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>And that\u2019s all there is to it! Rather than receiving your monthly\nConsumer Cellular invoice in the mail, you\u2019ll receive it by email instead. You\ncan even pay your bill online as well, saving on envelopes and stamps and\neliminating worry about when to put a check in the mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>At Consumer Cellular, we\u2019ve always taken pride in being a \u201cgreen\u201d\ncompany.
