Power as \u201c#1 in Customer Service among\nNon-Contract Value Wireless Providers.\u201d <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The results are based on feedback from more than 12,000 customers\nacross the nation who ranked wireless providers in 12 different customer care\nchannels based on actual interactions with the company over the past six months.\nThis includes categories like service over the phone, in-store, via online chat\nand email, through automated telephone systems, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J.D. Power\u2019s scoring system is based on a maximum total of 1,000\npoints. Consumer Cellular earned a score of 888, more than 100 points higher\nthan our nearest competitor. The average score for all carriers included in the\nsurvey was 795. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Though best known for its automotive awards, J.D. Power studies\nprovide quality benchmarks for multiple industries, including technology,\nutilities, financial services, and healthcare. They are based on independent,\nunbiased feedback from verified users of a company\u2019s products and services,\noffering data driven insights that identify both what a company does well, and\nwhich areas of the customer experience require improvement. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earning a J.D.
