J.D.\nPower has been bestowing the awards, which provide unbiased ratings based on\nin-depth studies of actual customer experiences, for over 50 years. That\u2019s why I\u2019m so proud to announce\nthat last month Consumer Cellular was honored as \u201c#1 in Customer Service among\nNon-Contract Value Wireless Providers\u201d by J.D. Power for the 7th time in a row.\nThe results of J.D. Power\u2019s \u201cU.S. Wireless Customer Care Full-Service\nPerformance Study\u201d are issued twice each year, and Consumer Cellular has now\nbeen ranked #1 in each study since August, 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Consumer Cellular earned a cumulative\nscore of 861 out of a possible 1,000 points in the most recent study, which was\nhigher than any of the other 14 wireless providers ranked. The study was based\non feedback from more than 12,000 customers nationwide, ranking providers\nacross 12 different customer care channels including over the phone; in-store\ncontact; online chat; email; social media postings; automated telephone\nsystems; website search; and others. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Internationally recognized, J.D. Power\nwas founded in 1968 and has been conferring awards for quality in multiple\nindustries ever since.
