Consumer Cellular received its highest consumer&nbsp; rating for no-contract cellular service in the magazine&#8217;s &#8220;Best New Cell Phones and Plans&#8221; issue.&nbsp;&nbsp;The ranking&nbsp;is determined by Consumer Reports subscribers who rate wireless carriers via an online survey. For the 2011 special section, the magazine received nearly&nbsp;60,000 responses.<\/p>\n<p>We are proud of this ranking and want to thank each of you who voted for your loyalty and dedication to our company.
