We\u2019ve even made a tradition of honoring important milestones for our company through charitable giving.<\/p>\n<p>This year, we are humbled to have earned our three millionth Consumer Cellular customer! Your enthusiastic embrace of our service over the years has allowed us to grow from a small startup to a nationwide provider, and also to grow our ability to give back.<\/p>\n<p>As our way of saying thank you, we\u2019re allocating $1.5 million to be shared among three charities selected by our employees. That\u2019s a donation of $500,000 to each of the three fine organizations listed below on behalf of our loyal customers:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mealsonwheelsamerica.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Meals On Wheels: <\/strong><\/a>Meals on Wheels has more than 5,000 community-based programs across the country that are dedicated to addressing senior isolation and hunger. For nearly 50 years, Meals on Wheels volunteers have delivered hot, nutritious meals along with important human connections and compassion to those they serve.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/oregon.providence.org\/our-services\/p\/providence-cancer-center\/?utm_source=providenceoregon-org-cancer&amp;utm_medium=redirect&amp;utm_campaign=providenceoregon-org-cancer\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Providence Cancer Research Institute: <\/strong><\/a>Located in Portland, Oregon, Providence Cancer Research Institute is leading the fight to one day eradicate cancer by developing groundbreaking new treatments through its world-class research.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shrinershospitalsforchildren.org\/shc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Shriners Hospitals for Children: <\/strong><\/a>Shriners Hospitals for Children is a network of non-profit medical facilities offering innovative pediatric specialty care, research and outstanding medical education.&nbsp;Children with orthopedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, and cleft lip and palate are eligible for care in a compassionate, family-centered environment, regardless of the families\u2019 ability to pay.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019re proud to support the important work these great organizations do to help those in need, and to be able to use our growth to be a force for making positive changes.
