In fact, we like making things easy for our customers, which is why we offer straightforward rate plans, a wide selection of phones and great service to back it all up.<\/p>\n<p>Another way we work to make things easy is by finding ways to let you conveniently manage your Consumer Cellular account and monthly usage.&nbsp; One of the most popular ways we\u2019ve found is through the \u201cMy Consumer Cellular\u201d app for Android and iPhone.<\/p>\n<p>We\u2019ve recently updated the app with a small redesign that makes it even easier to view and track your usage, change your plans and more. These changes were driven by suggestions we\u2019ve received from customers like you, and to incorporate enhancements we\u2019ve made to our rate plans this month. You may have noticed the additional minutes, texts, and web data in many of our plans!<\/p>\n<p>In order to access these great new features and be able to use the app effectively, you will need to make sure you\u2019ve updated to the most current version. To update, follow these simple steps on your cellphone:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>For Android smartphones, go to the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=cci.usage&amp;hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google Play&nbsp;Store<\/a><\/strong>, search for the \u201cMy Consumer Cellular\u201d app, and press the update button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>For iPhone, go to the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/itunes.apple.com\/us\/app\/my-consumer-cellular\/id781028236?mt=8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">App Store<\/a><\/strong>, search for the \u201cMy Consumer Cellular\u201d app and then tap \u201cupdates\u201d at the bottom of the screen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Once you\u2019ve finished updating, take a quick look around. You\u2019ll have access to all the latest information about your account and our products right away.
