Hello! Pat, here, from Customer Service, to tell you about a wonderful free Android app that can help you save time and, in some cases, money. I\u2019m talking about our free My Consumer Cellular App<\/a>. This special smartphone app is designed to give you a quick and easy way to manage your account while on the go.<\/p>\n

For example, using this app you can keep track of your usage, including voice, text, and data. You can avoid overage fees\u2014and save money\u2014by using the app to respond immediately to a Usage Alert<\/a>. As you might recall, a Usage Alert always recommends a money-saving plan, and you can perform this upgrade directly from your smartphone. Additionally, the My Consumer Cellular app enables you to pay your cell phone bill via your smartphone, as well as access your AARP card.<\/p>\n

Many of our smartphones come pre-loaded with this custom application. However, if the app is not listed on your phone you will need to download it.<\/p>\n
