May is a great month for going outside and playing\u2014whether it\u2019s working in the garden or an annual Memorial Day weekend camping trip. May\u2019s apps help you get your chores done and plan activities around any potential allergies, so you can fully enjoy the great outdoors.<\/p>\n

When May arrives, I feel like my to-do list doubles in size. On top of all my regular household chores, I must now add lawn and garden maintenance. And with a busy life, it can be challenging to keep track of everything you need, or want, to get done. That\u2019s why I love Chore Checklist.<\/p>\n

Chore Checklist is an easy-to-use app that helps you quickly manage all your to-do lists\u2014for home, work, or play\u2014in one convenient place. The app lets you create daily, weekly, and monthly lists, which you can easily customize (and color code!) to fit your schedule and priorities. And you can set reminders to alert you when it\u2019s time to complete the chore again.<\/p>\n

My family uses it to track all of our chores; I create the lists, and the app reminds me when it\u2019s time to divide and conquer the chores together. So now things get done faster and we get to spend more time doing more enjoyable activities. Plus, I don\u2019t have multiple paper lists scattered around the house!<\/p>\n

Chore Checklist really does make my busy life easier. No more having to remember when to fertilize the lawn, water the garden, or rotate the compost pile. And I get to cross things off my list, which feels so good!<\/p>\n

We all know the popular saying: \u201cApril showers bring May flowers.\u201d But with those pretty flowers comes pollen, which means allergy season and the inevitable itchy eyes, sneezing, and hives for a lot of people! Allergy symptoms can make for a miserable day\u2014as I know from first-hand experience\u2014so having a heads up on what is floating around in the air before you leave the house is extremely helpful. Thankfully, there\u2019s Allergy Alert.<\/p>\n

With a simple touch of the screen, Allergy Alert provides information on four different conditions: allergy (pollen), asthma, cold and cough, and ultraviolet sensitivity. The app lists the names and types of allergens in the air, which is really helpful when trying to pinpoint what affects you most. There\u2019s even a diary which lets you track your symptoms, as well as how you\u2019re feeling, so you can review the information with your physician at a later time.<\/p>\n

Planning a trip and want to know if you need to take your allergy medication with you? No problem. Allergy Alert lets you easily view multiple locations and their respective allergen forecast for the next few days. So you\u2019ll know which medication to pack, or not to pack, before you go.<\/p>\n
