    I was sent an email that said you would get back in touch with in 5 days REALLY??? that don’t help me today. and the number on the email put me on hold again?? for another hour I don’t pay to be abused like this very very unhappy

        I’d like to comment on the wait times as well. I have had little reason to call Consumer Cellular since I started with them years ago but one thing I appreciated was that I could get through to a customer service rep quickly when I needed to. No more apparently. I’ve had to call twice in the last couple days with wait times of 15 minutes. That is not what I consider exemplary customer service, very disappointing.

    I have been trying for 2 hours to talk to someone about changing my plan, I can’t even get on the internet to do it. I am a new customer, but getting the same old run around I always got from verizon. I hope I can get some help tomorrow, or I might have to rethink about changing to your plan.

    Your web site could use some work.

    1. Login. the box for name and PW disappear and reappear strangely. Sometimes makes it difficult to logon.

    2. Once logged on, I no longer have access to the links in the initial window such as “phones & devices”, so I have to logoff to access these.

    i had the same problem as Don did sent email and reply said you will get back to me in 5 days as Don said 5 days does not help today. we have been having trouble making calls from our phones for the last 2 weeks and are still having problems today 8/16/2017 3pm i tried to use my phone and it says i can only make emergency calls only

    Sometime there is not much saving . Still don’t get much better cell service. O ya Consumer Cellular I hate when I need to call I get stock on hold. CC does Not have a separate technical depart. to get info on my phone. And why in the heck are we getting more data the past 2 months. I want answers and some Money back. Please

    I am a AARP but unlike most we use our phones a lot we own race horses so we text and call and watch the races is there a unlimited plan for everything or is it just for people that don’t use their phone much also can we keep our numbers from Verizon

    I have an android and connected thru a family member along with my wife. We pay 44.00 a month. My wife hardly used her phone and mine is over loaded. I had consumers a few years back and now wondering what kind of pricing I can get thru consumers.
