    Can’t get ahold of you. am having difficulty answering my new phone. my doro phone (870 area code) is not working since switching the sim cards. can only use it as an emergency calls now! can you fix it from there?

Next, please try turning your phone back on outdoors or near a window. This will allow it to connect to a nearby tower with a strong signal.     I would like consumer Cellular to know that after several days and several calls, none of the many reps. I dealt with could get my two iPhones to tether out!! Not even the Apple Care rep was able to fix this problem. That was until I got your rep. Lupe in Central Oregon!!! It took her less than 5 min. To fix this problem. I was very impressed with Lupe’s service and knowledge! Please tell her Thank you again! Reps. Like her is why I stay with your company.
