    I am disappointed that Consumer Cellular dropped the 750 minutes plan. There is not a basic plan between 200 and 1000 minutes. I am paying for service I don’t use. After years with you I am looking into other plans. They do have excellent customer service.

        The 750 plan would be great for me. I do not talk much or hardly ever text and what I would truly like to see is a better net plan. I like the internet on my phone and use it a lot and I would like to see bigger plans for that. Other than that I am truly satisfied with Consumer Cellular, great customer service and my phone is dependable. It never drops a call, I do not have a home phone and all I have is my cell phone and I feel safe with it!

    Could someone PLEASE tell me why I might want to spend $650 on the new Samsung Galaxy S7? I just compared its features with the Motorola E LTE Consumer Cellular offers at $70 and I’m wondering what I’m missing. Is the huge cost difference because it is NEW, has a higher resolution display and camera? What else is different? What am I missing?

    I can not wait to get this phone. As soon as my other phone is paid off I am getting the S7. I love Samsung products, and glad Consumer Cellular is partnered/ contracted with them so I can continue using Samsung products with my service. My service has been great with Consumer; I get great coverage and at really affordable rates that fit my needs- how can that go wrong?! I couldn’t be happier.     I just received the Samsung Galaxy S7 and it kept dropping calls. They re-sent signals and I did two hard resets but the problem continued. I just received a replacement phone and it is happening even worse than before. Is Consumer Cellular not able to handle this phone is certain areas. I am near a tower and not in a remote area by any means.
