How do I make a payment?

There are several ways to make your payment:

By check.

  • Mail your check to:

    Pasadena, CA 91109-7175

By credit or debit card.

  • Phone: call 1-888-345-5509.
  • Online: log in to My Account and click "Pay Your Bill."
  • AutoPay: set up automatic payments from a credit or debit card:
    1. Log in to My Account.
    2. Click "Edit Your Profile."
    3. In the Account Information section, click "Edit."
    4. In the Payment Type field, select "AutoPay."

Note: If you are required to be on AutoPay and wish to change the credit or debit card you are using, please call Customer Service at 1-888-345-5509.

How do I log in to my account on the Consumer Cellular website?

To log in to your account:

  1. Click My Account in the menu at the top of any page OR on the home page, click the "Log in to My Account" button in the main area.
  2. Enter your account number.
  3. Enter your cell phone number.
  4. Enter the last four digits of your social security number.
  5. Click "Log in."

Once logged in, you can:

  • Check your usage.
  • View or change your plan.
  • Change your account features (such as adding wireless web if you have a web-enabled phone).
  • Pay your bill.
  • Set up Usage Alerts.

How long does it take to post a payment?

We post payments as soon as we receive them. You can check your balance online any time, just log in to My Account. Your account summary lists all payments received to date. Allow 8-10 days for a check to get through the mail. Credit card payments are posted the same day. If you need to pay your bill immediately, you can pay online using a credit card or call our automated payment system at 1-888-345-5509.

What is AutoPay?

Our AutoPay Program allows you to set up automatic payments for your cell phone bill using your credit or debit card. That means one less check to write each month. Once you sign up, we will automatically charge your debit or credit card on the due date. You will still receive a full statement each month detailing all your charges. Learn how to sign up for AutoPay.

How do I sign up for AutoPay?

Signing up for AutoPay is easy. Just change your Account settings and we will automatically charge your credit or debit card when your billing statement is due:

  1. Log in to My Account.
  2. Click "Edit Your Profile."
  3. On the Account Information page, click "edit this."
  4. In the Payment Type field, select "AutoPay"

Your next billing statement will be automatically charged to the debit or credit card you used to set up your account.

To use a different credit or debit card:

  1. Select the "Billing" menu in My Account.
  2. In the "Pay Online Now" section, click "edit this."
  3. Enter the new credit/debit card information.
  4. Click "save changes."
