My plan was automatically upgraded. Why did that happen?
You used more minutes or data than your plan allowed during the billing cycle. To guarantee you the best possible rate, we automatically upgraded you to a plan that covers the amount you used, with absolutely no overage fees. For customers enrolled in our largest Connect plan, access to high speed data will be reduced if the plan’s data limit is exceeded, and you will experience slower speeds for the remainder of the billing cycle. If this occurs, you can also contact customer service to review options for purchasing additional amounts of high-speed data.
