Can I see the phone before I buy it?

If you want to see a phone “in person” before you buy it, you have a couple options:

• Go ahead and purchase the phone you think will work best. If you are not happy with it, just call us and we will exchange it for another model. We’ll even pay for the shipping.
• Check out our Store Locator for a store near you that sells Consumer Cellular phones.
• We have a 30 days/30 minutes guarantee for all our phones. If you are not satisfied within 30 days or 30 minutes of usage (whichever comes first), just cancel and pay nothing. No questions asked.

What is the activation fee?

When you buy a phone from Consumer Cellular, there is an activation fee for each phone purchased. This subsidizes the process of activating and programming the phone through the system.
