What if I can’t find my AARP member number when I am signing up?

You have two options:

You can complete the sign–up process without your member number. We'll open your account at our usual low prices (without the AARP discount). When you have your AARP member number, simply call Customer Service at 1–888–345–5509 and we'll activate your AARP member discount immediately.
If you are signing up online, you can leave the shopping process and return to the site later when you have your AARP member number. As long as you use the same computer and don't clear your cache, you'll be able to continue the shopping process where you left off.

What if my AARP membership is expired?

For your convenience, you can Renew your AARP membership on our website when you sign up. If you renew through AARP, we'll reinstate your discount as soon as you notify us of the renewal and verify your membership status.
