Ring in the Ringtones
Welcome to the first issue of Ringtones, our new monthly e-newsletter.
We know your time is valuable and you probably receive a lot of email daily. Our
plan is to keep the newsletter simple and useful. Each issue will include a feature
story, a practical tip on using your phone, the latest product or service news,
and any special deals or discounts—to make sure you take advantage of them.
Additionally, we’ll feature an employee and highlight a customer. The employee
profile will follow in the tradition of the Dewar’s Customer Profile ads from
a few years ago—remember those? With just a handful of questions, we'll try
to capture an employee's personality. And you'll finally be able to put a face to
a name. It should be fun.
We’ll also be introducing a customer story. So here comes our pitch (music,
please): Let us know if you’re interested in recording a brief story about
Consumer cellular and we’ll send you a free video camera for you to use (and
keep). We'll post all customer videos on our YouTube channel, as well as highlight
them in the newsletter. You could be YouTube's next singular, make that cellular,
sensation!
Thank you for choosing Consumer Cellular. Let us know if there's information you'd
like covered in future issues. If you wish to stop receiving the newsletter, simply
click the Opt-Out button on the page. We look forward to talking with you.
Meet the Family
You may talk to these folks all the time or occasionally. So we thought it might
be nice to introduce them to you. With that in mind, each issue will feature a different
Consumer Cellular employee.

Special Offer: More Minutes, Messages & Pages!
Our goal is to keep your cell phone coverage simple, affordable, and practical.
That’s why we’re increasing the benefits to our plans across the board—without
increasing our prices. We’re improving our Voice, Messaging or Data plans.
The result? You get even more for less.
And don’t forget, on our plans you pay the same low flat rate no matter when
or where you are calling or to whom -- anywhere within the USA.
Plus, you’re eligible for a special offer: Add Wireless Web browsing before
December 31, 2009 and get $5 off each month for the first two months on the plan!
Changes to Voice Plans
We offer six voice plans designed to meet a wide range of needs: from minimal monthly
usage (our Anywhere Casual Plan) to 2000 minutes a month (formerly our Anywhere
1600 plan). As always, we keep our rates low and never make you sign contracts.
Plus, you can add a second phone to any plan for an additional $10 and share all
the free minutes.

Changes to Wireless Web Data Plans
Fees for our Wireless Web browsing service, also known as our Data plan, are based
on the amount of data transferred. Each time you open a Web page, it transfers data
to your phone so you can see the page. We’re increasing the amount of data
you can transfer for the same low price.
